All Sales Are Final

There are NO refunds on any services or digital items sold by AL Cover School. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Services (including cover school enrollment, transcript generation, and re-enrollment): These services are rendered immediately upon payment. Once your enrollment is processed and your documents are generated, the service has been fulfilled and cannot be reversed.

Digital Downloads (store products): Digital items — including PDFs, printables, and any downloadable content — cannot be returned once accessed. Because these items can be duplicated indefinitely once delivered, all sales are final at the moment of purchase.

Delivery Issues

If you experience a technical issue receiving your digital download or enrollment documents (e.g., a broken link, missing email), please contact us at alcoverschool@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will re-send your files. This is not a refund — it is a redelivery of the goods or services you already paid for.

Chargebacks

By purchasing from AL Cover School, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any product or service listed on this site. Any chargeback filed will be contested with documentation of this policy, your order confirmation, and proof of delivery.
